Talking to members of the public, face-to-face, raising money for great organisations and important causes. This was a fast-paced and demanding job where there was a strong pressure to meet sales targets while maintaining an uttermost professional and ethical approach to work. It gave me experience of dealing with the public directly, sales, field marketing, charity knowledge and presentation, people and team leading skills. Raised over £31000 for Cancer Research UK and Guide Dogs and served as Team Leader.

The VPM is responsible for: the promotion of the club and managing the process of bringing in guests and transforming them into Members; Recruiting new members, conducting membership contests, assist guests and the processing of membership applications. While serving this role: Created an electronic mailing list; Created email marketing campaigns; and Co-managed the Mentor program.

Co-founded and helped launch the Torres Toasmasters club. Served as club's accountant responsible for: Overseeing accounts, collecting membership dues and paying bills.

Inpatient treatment of neurological, respiratory and skeletal disorders with varying degrees of disability and dependence. Promotion of quality of life and independence in geriatric patients.

Publicizing the club and notifying the public about the club's existence and benefits it provides; Keeping the club website current. Safeguarding the Toastmasters Brand. Managed the club's Facebook page (updating, creating content and answering messages). Created and distributed posters and fliers. Wrote to the Toastmasters Portugal magazine. Wrote and distributed a news release. Created a questionnaire to the club members. Organized a special event and a workshop on Humor in communication.

Development of Omega-Pharma.pt website from conception to launch; Translation: websites, apps, TV spots, promotional material and packaging; Contact with consumers, pharmacies, agencies and other partners. PMs support: competition analysis, cycle meetings and budget presentations, product reformulation and new product releases. Sales and Medical Rep’s teams support: POS promotional material(shop windows, displays and roll-ups), in-pharmacy training, samplings, technical guides and databases creation.

Running of a Physiotherapy Clinic that provided care for over 300 people a day. Managed a team of 25 professionals. Played a role in controlling costs and the increase in productivity. Guaranteed service and catered to customers. Public relations. Managed the consumables supply section. Organized a training course for Physiotherapists. Created a personnel procedure book.
