As process owner I oversaw the development of the Document Management System and Work Prioritization System of Belfius Insurance. My tasks involved creating and executing a vision surrounding the future of both systems at BI, overseeing the developments on these systems, and assessing and managing the impact of other projects. Furthermore, I provided support activities for the wider area of information management, including crisis management and for documenting information flows.

As a young professional, I worked on varying projects throughout the company and across departments. I was working as a project member in the team engaged in introducing homeworking in all departments of Belfius Insurance. My tasks included setting up a "project seeks employee" programme, organising a series of information sessions for all employees, and coordinating and leading the assessment of the current situation through interviews of all managers.

Some ambitious employees from every part of the company got together after hours to work on projects. I joined the coordination team. Furthermore, I was engaged in two projects: First, we analyzed the internal communication and defined parts of the communication strategy. Thereafter we set up a company-wide marketing campaign to increase awareness of the company values. Second, we developed and launched an inquiry on online communication channels, resulting in an analysis of the DVV customer website.

Working as a Business Analyst on several projects in the group insurance department. The project included working with a client in setting up the business, working on analyzing and improving internal processes, representing the business side in the development of a website for clients, and acting as department coordinator in upgrading office software.
