• Management of HR institutional reporting: Headcount, Forecast and Budget, overtime trend analysis, residual vacation, travel costs and temporary lay-off. • Management of custom report for different functions (KPIs and spot analysis) • Special focus in analysis to Cost Reduction Projects • Collaboration whit Industrial Relation team to full in safety valves requests, and to complete analysis to new unions agreements • Coordination in Hiring authorization process • Processes Reengineering

Coordination of activities to manage HR systems yet working and support to improve new applications: • HR colleagues support to use of systems • Functional analysis to improve system applications linked to HR processes. Main projects: • 2008, Pay Review • 2009 SAP HR: Development, Organization and Personal Administration areas

Change Management activities linked to SAP implementation. Main activities: o Identify main organizational changes linked to ERP system implementation o Define new jobs and responsibilities and made easier acceptance. o Identify training needs, users involved and training design Main projects: • Purchase Request Work Flow • Foreign Markets SAP roll out. First cluster was Spain and Portugal and second one Belgium, Netherland and Denmark.
