Dr. Andrea Isidori

Personally responsible for the strategic management and development of the engineering and IT functions for a leading pharmaceutical organisation. I oversee daily operations, including responsibility for site investment, facilities management, resource management, staffing, financial management and control.

I created, established and developed the IT function, with responsibility for IGM, application landscape, infrastructure, service delivery and project management. My role involved the definition and implementation of internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in addition to the implementation of supporting manuals and associated methodologies. I also managed the IT team, providing support, mentoring and introducing new initiatives to improve staff engagement.
