With the responsibility for the household sector (SDA, MDA) as well as for headphones and technical accessories, my goal is to offer an attractive and competitive product range for all our partners. Furthermore, it is essential to be present with various marketing activities and to establish and expand supplier relationships. Together with my team, I master new challenges on a daily basis and offer the necessary flexibility to be able to react agilely to changes.

Sourcing and scouting of electrical kitchen devices is the main purpose of this role. Building up a new procurement process in accordance to the companies strategy was the first target to hit. Cooperation with PM and Marketing was important to get the best offer to the best price. To reduce SKUs with effective sales-activities and to give advice for the online-shop had been also one of my tasks. To know the current market trends, on site contact to our partners in Asia is something special about this role.

The strategic purchase and procurement is the base of this role. I had been verifying and monitoring key figures and took action to reach the companies targets. With my analytical skills I increased the product availability from 80% to 96 %. Furthermore it was my goal to reduce my stock levels and assure in time delivery by our partners. Creating forecasts and pre-orders, price negotiations and market analyses were also part of my business.

In this role I had the chance to get insights of various tasks of a product manager. Sourcing new suppliers, analyzing key figures and supporting during marketing activities were part of my daily business. In a small team we set up a new sector for food and near food products. The contact to the customers and to support the customer service and to share my knowledge was always important to me.

I had been responsible for after-sales activities and realization of SLA with our customers. I enjoyed to train internal and external partners how to use the ticketing-system the process of the consignment stock. Within short time I took over the responsibility for 120 stocks within 12 countries. A good and long-lasting relation to our customers as well as the hands-on mentality distinguish me. To support the technical service team had been a chance to learn more about the railway technologies.

As a order handling clerk I had the chance to process international orders for railway systems and components. Also the cost and revenue planning by using SAP as well as setting up numerous consignment stocks had been part of my job. We set up a ticketing-system for after-sales activities and I had the opportunity to take a key role for SBB and Stadler orders. Within the team I took over the role as SAP Power-User and supported our related departments for ERP issues.

In this role I had been responsible for the material logistic and control. Furthermore I planned and implemented part-lists for die-cast products for the automotive sector. I had the chance to handle national as well as international orders and touch several administrative areas within the company till the conclusion of the insolvency process.
