I am responsible for our international marketing across key regions including DACH, MEAI, ASIA and ANZ. My role includes: • Developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Web, Events) • Creating thought leadership content and reports • Managing Departer’s newsletters, social media and corporate communications • Supporting our team with personal branding and content tools • Strengthening our SEO, lead generation and client engagement strategies • Coordinating with partners

In my dual role at Departer, I combined hands-on recruitment expertise with strategic marketing responsibilities: As an HR Consultant, I supported international companies – especially from the DACH region – in identifying and placing leadership talent across the Middle East and Africa. In Marketing, I laid the foundation for Departer’s international brand communication and positioning.

I took a planned career break to fully enjoy the special time of becoming a mother and focusing on family. During this time, we also moved countries - twice - which taught me to adapt quickly, stay organized and handle change with confidence. These experiences strengthened my resilience and flexibility – qualities that continue to shape how I work today.
