I'm leading the development of a secure log collection product for high security environments. The project includes the development of both the client side (OS-less development on top of LwIP on a tailor made appliance powered by a STM32F7 integrated with a crypto coprocessor) as well as the server side (Java). The design aims to minimize any attack surface while delivering the highest performance being compatible with a wide range of SIEM solutions.

I'm supporting Adidas' wholesale e-commerce team as an infrastructure specialist, with the following goals: Migrate and deploy μservices to Kubernetes; Design and implement an integrated CI/CD pipeline to automate the development-to-production release process. I've been the main architect behind the new billing platform for a top player in the Energy&Utilities market player in Belgium and Germany, Large Industries segment. My involvement in the project started at an early stage (I've been responsible for the technical analysis and the delivery of the Technical Specifications) until the production roll-out through all the project phases. I've designed and developed the main key components of the architecture.

I've been the contractor for a turn-key development of a complete NAS antivirus product, which is now sold online by Defex at https://nas.defenx.com . I’ve organized and followed the developments as system architect and main developer, I’ve hired and coordinated a team of 2 people.

I’ve been the manager for various turn-key developments of an Italian software development company (zerO’clock) with a specific focus on the Atos and Ericsson system integrators on the Italian telecommunication market. I had to manage all the aspects of the projects, starting from the effort analysis (using Gartner Fast Function Points), deal, organize and follow the development and deliver the software maximizing company’s profit.

I’ve been the project manager for a turn-key development of an Italian software development company (zerO’clock) to develop and deliver a SOA orchestrator for Veolia France, to support and organize the mass deployment of RF water smart meters in France.

I managed a 10-people team in delivering a Software Lifecycle Management custom application. My duties included requirement gathering, architectural design and team management as well as technical work in key areas. The project involved the development of an enterprise grade J2EE application (Redhat Jboss with SEAM framework backed by an Oracle DBMS), with integrated components to enable Business Intelligence (Pentaho BI suite), Enterprise Content Management (Alfresco) and Enterprise Single Sign-On.
