Located in Milan. - Commercial, contracs, intellectual property and privacy issues, related to the establishment and maintenance of the Italian websites (www.ebay.it, www.paypal.it, www.kijiji.it); - Support the Business by preventing unlawful activity on the site; - Review and advise re new product developments; - Managing litigation; - Managing Government relationship with Authorities and Industry Associations; - Managing relationship with IT Law Enforcement Agencies.
