Deliver consultancy services to develop and manage e-commerce strategy for the growth of the business. Direct all aspects pertaining to the partner’s sales communication development and management to increase sales of the business. Regulate all activities for the development and successful implementation of digital marketing strategy. Lead development of cost-effective procedures for analysis of business progress and customer service standards.

Expertly advised on programming activities and technological provision of the library to achieve maximum customer satisfaction level. Monitored the technological state of existing hardware and software and take measures to resolve issues. Mentored employees and consumers to use technical systems, whilst improving communication and coordination with employees and contractors. Oversaw storage competency and reliability of accumulated information in databases.

The project was created and realized by my initiative and investment with the mission to connect European businesses. The idea behind was to develop European Business Database internet platform like business support system in charge of small and medium-size business around Europe.
