-Development of insulation system technologies for High Voltage AC machines and DC Motors with focus on Oil & Gas applications; -Business planning and management of investment programme for manufacturing and quality control improvement; -Design, qualification and testing of materials and process/manufacturing solutions; -Support to engineering, manufacturing and services for Root Cause Failure Analysis and quality improvement.

Provide support to R&D and Product Management for the development of monitoring system for high voltage motors and generators. Support Sales to prepare technical offers and pre-sales activity. Support to customer for after sales activities and data analysis.

Service on MV motors and generators up to 15kV-45MVA. Development of internal procedure and database for insulation diagnostics and monitoring. Support for warranty issues and service technical proposals.

R&D on monitoring systems for HV transformers and cables. Commissioning of High Voltage cables
