Co-founder and CEO of a multi-product company with more than 50 employees, operating in assembly, commissioning and after sales services of industrial plants, systems and equipment. Development of the company structure based on a matrix model, choice adopted in order to manage complex projects, covering the entire range of services offered by the departments (mechanical, electrical and automation) for different business lines as automotive, ecology, energy, paper, and steel industry.
