• Assisting the Store Manager with the daily duties: stock maintenance, inventory control, CRM • Representing the brand with exceptional client-relationship management and customer service skills • Various managerial functions, duties, and projects including product forecasting and stock control & maintenance • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction (excellent service) • Strategic promotions (weekly newsletter, sales promotions, product events) • Retail strategy and customer communication

• Assisting the head designers throughout the design process. • Print and fabric development, matching and placement on samples • Cutting fabric at toile & sample stages • Communicating and maintaining relationships with production factories, suppliers and manufacturers • Preparing sales presentations and concept book • Communicating collection status via frequently updated overviews using InDesign and Excel

• Bespoke design and trend forecasting consulting within the apparel, accessories, footwear and leather industries • Creating bespoke seasonal macro trends • Using consumer insights, research & reference, mood, colours, material and product direction (footwear and accessories)

• Assisting the production manager with the daily duties: • Ordering production materials (fabrics, linings, trimmings) • Quality control and analysis on production sites across Europe • coordinating production fittings
