I translated and modified scripts from English to both Italian and German and made an average of 180 calls per day to IT Managers and Head of the Finance, Commercial and HR sectors based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England and Italy to send them white papers, invitations to webinars or ask them a few questions (BANT and SuperBANT campaigns).

I took part in a market research project, working for a client (United Parcel Service) who commissioned a report on the customers sentiments about his service in different countries. I've been working with excel in order to analyze and categorize the data collected in the German, English and Italian social media with the Sysomos system. I concluded the work writing a report on the trends and the most commune costumer service issues written by the users in these three languages.

I wrote contents for Internet websites and learned how to optimize their research in the search engines.
