Analyze and resolve issues within the service level agreement using functional skills and knowledge of SAP WM and EWM modules. Establish and document the cause of incidents. Take part in onsite acceptance and integration testing. Provide onsite support during stabilization phases. Create complete documentation for the operations and support team. Create test cases and perform tests using QC.

Take part in trainings for SAP WM and HCM modules on various projects. Perform tests for different applications using QC.
