Responsible for the sales and business development in the Nordics, Benelux, France, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Croatia. Develop new business in all kind of fields but also manage the current customers in my area. . Important in this roll is to develop a good network of all kind of industries where plastic netting is used or could be used: Windmill, bedding, non woven, geotextiles, filtration,….

Responsible for the sales and business development in the Nordics, CIS(Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) for the whole product range of Phenolic resins. Further more responsible further develop the Tackifier business (only focus on the tire industry) with the large international accounts and develop the Tackifier business in corporation together with the local sales teams (China,Japan and Indonesia) an this exclusively for the tire business

Starting from scratch the whole European office and taking care of all administration for the office including (salaries, leasing,...). Reporting directly to president of the Vital Materials Group. Responsible for sales and business development within the larger Europe. Achieve sales of > 10 Million Euro sales in the second year(only based on the long term contract). Also mapping complete markets : Bi-Va pigment market, TEM market, low melting alloy,…
