Coaching the local CFO's and Management team of 11 subsidiaries in 9 countries, including China, India, Japan and USA.

Controller supervising 8 subsidiaries in East European countries as well as Russia. In charge of "true & fair" monthly results according to IFRS and reporting them to my direct boss the Division President. Plus a number of ad hoc projects in the area of M&A, tax planning, liquidity planning, corporate governance, outsourcing of local accounting services etc.

Controller of the areas Asia-Pacific and Africa/Middle-East. Finance person in a team of 3 (legal, marketing, finance) which executed around 6 acquisitions incl. due dilligence etc.

Development of Businessplans for a planned IPO and later Private Equity Financing. (The company was granted "Chapter 11" protection during a period of 10 months, where I acted as coordinator between the solicitor, the private equity investors and the management; eventually, the company had to file bankruptcy.)

Planned to become a "Certified Accountant" but had to realize quickly that this is not a profession I enjoy.

Supporting the Country Chairman in his decision taking process with key data and information.

Establishing and executing a new marketing and distribution concept to market the American beer BUD (or Budweiser) in Switzerland - later also introduced their top premium beer MICHELOB in Germany and Austria.
