Designing Sinowest.net’s business model and developing a business and financial plan; Spearheading many strategic initiatives to start-up Sinowest.net’s operations;

Identifying and valuating properties that are financially profitable; Performing due diligence studies of properties that are considered for purchase; Obtaining financing from lending institutions and evaluating risks; Negotiating sales prices and terms with property sellers and executing contracts for sale;

Determining target markets and developing the building programme; Obtaining necessary public approvals for the building design; Monitoring the building’s construction in the field (occasionally);
