• Identifying weaknesses & developing optimization projects to ensure sustainable improvement of Clariants’ supply chain • Development of statistics & reports (KPIs) to monitor & analyze Clariants’ logistic operations and to measure the performance of Clariants’ logistic service providers (global supply chain performance measurement and operations monitoring) • Managing the global customer complaint database for all logistic services • Leading the implementation of the SCM Knowledge Mngt platform

• Consultancy in climate policy regulations and their impacts on different industry sectors (energy, waste treatment) • Analysis of companies regarding their greenhouse gas emissions and development of strategies on how to reduce their emissions • Management of international forestation projects in Argentina, Paraguay and Uganda • Commercialization of the forestation products (wood, by-products, CO2 reductions) • Support the recognition of emission reduction projects of the global-woods forestations

• Project management (planning, controlling) • Analysis and documentation of management tools • Analysis of a new controlling software (Easy Control) • Development of reports, plans and offers • Organisation, realization and evaluation of trainings and workshops
