As a part of the local software-development / information systems-team I develop solutions according to business requirements. I am responsible for the creation of web applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions and verifying the functionality of the final product in comparison to the initial specification. In projects with overall low complexity, I'm using (customized) Microsoft SharePoint apps to achieve a proper result.
As I transformed from first- into second-level IT support, my main tasks included: - Automation of maintenance-tasks using Microsoft Powershell - Supporting Server maintenance & setup of new servers - LAN-Switching configuration (Cisco devices) - training of IT-apprentices at Flex Althofen - assist in technical implementation of new IT infrastructure
