•Drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality and delivery performance through Six Sigma •Manage First Piece Qualification and production part inspection on castings •Conduct pre-qualification meeting with the supplier to review requirements and resolve open issues •Define qualification requirements and communicate them to supplier •Work with supplier on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. •conduct supplier audits

•Key contact to suppliers and responsible for forecasting and material procurement •Planning and controlling of raw material (castings) •Responsible for material availability and inventory •Monitoring of Supplier performance and inventory level •Implementation of DMP, NPI and Outsourcing projects (India / China) •Close collaboration with strategic Sourcing, Technology, Manufacturing •Active cooperation in Lean Six Sigma and ERP projects •Key user for Logistics department during ERP implementation
