Planning and leading decommissioning projects of 3 physical data center installations of subsidiaries and migration to cloud providers. Responsible for contract and license renewals, hardware purchases and general hardware life cycle management.

Leading the local infrastructure and application engineering team in Vienna with focus on open source solutions, storage, data center operations, monitoring, HPC cluster. Establishing a 24x7 follow the sun support model for all our production infrastructure & applications. Strong focus on stability and bug burning.

Infrastructure operation department: providing test and productive platforms (highly available) based on Redhat Enterprise Linux, CentOS and Solaris, also driving VMWare Virtualisation further on, define and optimize operational standards -automatic configuration and virtual host delivery (using also tools like fabrik or puppet)

Jboss Application Server, Solaris, RedHat Linux, Tibco EMS System, Soap Messaging, Zabbix, Java Web Applikationen. Standards definieren und Automatisierungen vorantreiben; Capacity Management. Zu beginn klassische "Oerations" Tätigkeiten -- aktuelle Position im Projekt Team.

Produktmanagement- und Verantwortung, 3rd Level Support, Design und Dokumentation von Mobilen Arbeitsplätzen, Wireless Ausbau in Bankstellen, Vpn Lösungen u.ä.

offizieller Microsoft Kunden Support stationär / und vor Ort - direkter Kundenkontakt. Computer Hard-Software und Netzwerkbetreuung. Novell Groupware und Citrix Support

Support über den ganzen Anwendungsbereich direkt im ORF Zentrum. (Büros, Studios, Werkstätten..)

Projekt: Umstellung aller EDV Systeme am Flughafen Wien Schwechat auf aktuelle Microsoft Standards.

Produktmanagement & Entwicklung im Bereich Mobile Entertainment. (wie WAP Games, Community Applications..). Festanstellung über Ferialpraxis zuvor.
