Drafting business plans and investment memorandums for various clients on a broad array of advisory services from debt raising, sale-lease back deals, privatization and sale-side or buy-side mergers & acquisitions. Active in the deal sourcing process for private equity investment funds, in negotiation of the term-sheets and in consolidating the data for the necessary due diligence processes. Collaborating with the Project Manager in drawing the Valuation Report and Financial Modeling.
