- Fields of responsibility: Different Headcount analysis; Coordinate Sales Reconciliation presentation at divisional level, Sales Analysis, SAP tool; Administration and coordination of the internal Recruiting Tool System; Shared Services Allocations Reporting; Support the management with special analyses regarding different topics.

As project manager I had to - provide a positive work environment and show creativity; -listen to each department's issues and concerns and set a professional example by showing leadership qualities; - manage time and budget for each project and keep track of them.

My responsibilities included screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff and customer relations. I was required interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of our internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
