Performing debt recovery activities and Customer Care activities over the phone (inbound and outbound) for large clients; recording in the system details concerning each customer; counseling customers on debt recovery procedures and customer care policies.

Writing business and financial news articles about the evolution of national and international economic environment for www.ziua.net; attending events and press conferences, monitoring national and international sources of information to provide updated stories; conducting interviews, contacting European forums for a better understanding and coverage of the subjects.

Field research on specific topics in Bucharest; news reporting and writing on Social issues; attendance to specific feature events.

Writing news for 'Gardianul' daily about various topics such as Politics or Social Affairs; latest news coverage; attending events and press conferences; monitoring internal and external media for updates on news stories; conducting media inquiries

Reporting for news column of Adevarul newspaper; research activities to assess the information on Educational issues received from newspaper's readers.
