Communicate with internal and external customers in an easily understood manner Using detailed customer specifications and requirements, validate orders maximizing value demonstration

Analyze customers RFQ for project proposals, raise and resolve any queries,supporting mainly Austria and Switzerland Collaborate, communicate and align activities with the local European sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements Organize and/or attend internal proposal review meetings; report on assigned tasks and assumes full ownership of assigned actions Responsible for sales support activities derived out of the business unit objectives and initiatives

Planning ,organizing and managing all the project activities in order to ensure its fulfillment , according to the established budget Tracking and reporting regularly on the project's progress ,results, performance, quality and maintaining the agreed schedule Flagging in a timely manner any deviation from the project plan which may affect the schedule , budget or quality Ensuring the execution of the activities in the appointed schedule

Drawing up estimate offers and final offers in Excel and SAP SD Processing work orders from customer in SAP SD Proofing beneficiary’s systems and report through the work stages Commercial updates and also other updates for current work sites in SAP SD Invoicing in the customer system as well as in SAP , transmitting and maintaining record of the sent invoices Creating reports with the stages of the work sites when needed by the customer
