My daily tasks were to monitor and troubleshoot SDH and DWDM networks on NORTEL equipment’s. -Network monitoring and proactivity on faults; -Isolation of faults cause and solutions finding for their effect; -Technical support for field engineers; -Compliance with agreed performance parameters; -Create, update and closing tickets; -Tracking problem solving;

- Responsible for implementing and maintaining of ISO 9001&22000 quality systems; - HACCP(for ISO 22000) team leader; - Advisor for Problem Solving responsible; - Responsible for training the new workers according to Health and Safety laws;

I was installing equipment like: videoconference, security cameras, anti-burglary Systems, discussion -translation systems, control access, smart house equipment etc. I also made offers for system, based on the client requirements, calculate the prices, and present the client the idea.
