10% NPT reduction through systematic well-by-well performance analysis and procedural optimisation across all crews. Established the Geological & Technological Support Group — reduced frequency of technological accidents and defects; provided technical authority on the region's deepest exploration well. Developed company-wide drilling programme templates, contractor performance criteria and NPT classification systems.

Co-founded the company's first internal cementing service — sustained through all subsequent growth, reducing dependency on external cementing contractors. Senior field support on complex operations: sidetracking, liner deployment, cement plug setting and well control events; resolved multiple stuck-pipe and lost-circulation incidents in remote locations. Provided technology support for construction of the region's deepest exploration well.

Supervised field crews on conventional and directional wells; resolved operational problems in real time across multiple concurrent operations. Prepared technical documentation, summaries and management reports; analysed monthly performance and influenced execution of critical rig operations.
