To analyze the quality of the job provided by the various markets of the BMW ConnectedDrive project, also making suggestions and helping the Service Delivery Manager and BMW on areas that influence the service´s quality, working together with them to achieve an improvement of the project. Other tasks include creating reports, giving feedbacks to the agents and to train them. On request I have to evaluate the candidates for new working positions.

Responsible for the documentation and the paperwork for Willi Betz International Spedition, having to plan the traffic of Willi Betz's trucks and to organise the transport by ship from Trieste to Turkey, occasionally having to check the quality of the transported goods and the realization of the international norms of safety. Also having to solve possible problems.

I was part of the organization team which planned the stay of the Spanish journalists and partly of the Spanish football team in South Africa. My main responsibility was taking care of the media workers, making sure that all the services that they had contracted had been given. Another duty I had was solving any problem which could eventually occur. When possible I had to be with the clients, especially with the V.I.P. guests. I had two co-workers/assistants which I had to lead through various tasks.

I was in charge of the promotion and offer of the outdoor activities selected by Iberostar to its guests. Before the beginning of the Summer season I had to try and evaluate all the activities to get to know the details about what I would be offering to the clients and to ascertain myself about their level of security.
