Continuing research from the master thesis, with objectives to prepare user interface for the EEG simulation code, analyzing residual connectivity information in Kalman filter innovations and preparing results for publication.

UKSH, Pediatric Brain Imaging group, Kiel Doing master thesis on the topic of Generalization of the Spatiotemporal Kalman filter inverse solution to reconstruct networks of brain sources from surface EEG. Software used: Matlab, Curry 7 Thesis consists of: -Design of EEG simulation frameworks exhibiting no, unidirectional and bidirectional connectivity -Modifying existing STKF’s AR(2) model adding long-range connectivity parameters -Connectivity estimation from innovations using Coherence and Coherency

Assisting in research at Neuropediatric clinic, in the Pediatric Brain Imaging group (PedBI). A 3,5 month contract intended as a preparation for Master Thesis, preparing EEG and MRI and doing EEG source analysis using Spatio-Temporal Kalman Filter (STKF) and integrated implementation of low-resolution brain electromagnetic tomography (LORETA).

Two-year course specializing in digital telecommunications, digital signal processing, signals and systems, and information theory (error detection and correction, compression, channel capacity), later expanding on their applications in optical and wireless communications, audio processing, adaptive filters, pattern recognition, RADAR signal processing, and data science topics such as time-series analysis, pattern recognition and machine learning.
