Creation/launching of a Corporation in Colombia as a subsidiary including Administrative, Commercial, Operations & Logistics set up; Structuring and managing AgriBusiness-Production/Import and Export-projects focused in fresh produce from Peru and Ecuador to Colombia and USA; Establishment and signing commercial agreements procuring fresh produce to attend markets in USA, UK and Spain; Set up/ Running a Packing House; Crowd funding activities; Enhancing, overseeing daily business operations using KPI´s
