Andres Bravo Hidalgo

Since 2018, I worked in several collaborations with the lighting designer Cecilia González Barragán. Working for clients like Scott's Mayfair, Christopher Kane, Nicholas Kirkwood, Prada or Hermes, I collaborated with her in several aspects of the design and execution of lighting installations for events, showrooms or special projects. This is a side project that I coordinate with my job as an architect and interior designer.

Designing the interior of the co-working space Club ARC in an existing building in East London with Caro Lundin. For this project I worked on the initial design and development, drawing packages, specifications and followed until completion.

For the spring semester of 2020, the Master in Retail design from ELISAVA, invited me to be a tutor during a two weeks workshop on retail pop-up design.

Project based freelance contract were I worked on new concept development for flagship stores, new stores layout and special projects development.

For the spring semester of 2019, the Master in Retail design from ELISAVA, invited me to be a tutor during a two weeks workshop on retail pop-up design.

Working for this multidisciplinary studio, I had the opportunity to contribute to the design of the first flagship store for Mulberry under Faye Toogood’s concept. This collaborative work between Mulberry’s in-house interior team, the British constructor Powell’s and local and international manufacturers, was the perfect experience for me working in luxury retail.

As part of the in-house architectural team I was tasked with designing and project managing new store designs and roll-out of brand concept for 4-8 locations per season including Zurich, New York and Tokyo among others. Some of my tasks include: - Development of new retail concept from initial concept to execution, including design of fixtures, lighting, lounges and rugs. - Integral façade development, from design to execution. - Product design. - Sustainability responsible for the Interior Design.
