Promoted to run YOC Strategy process, Product Innovation and M&A activities. Produce YOC´s vision and mission and detailed execution plans by business area. Define and specify new Products for mid to long-term. Figure out YOC´s response to its ecosystem revolution in different areas including data, RTB, digital convergence and SmartTV.
Appointed by YOC Board at a time of leadership transition to oversee YOC Media with no formal authority. Led a team of 100 across all business functions in 5 countries. Grew YMN annual revenues by over 35% year on year in 2011 and 2012. Created a new ad format that is now a market standard called “The Mystery Ad” that won the 2012 Cannes Lion best Mobile Advertising Campaign.
Grew revenues by 200% and from a loss to EBITDA of 280K euro. Led a team of 4 former Nokia employees.

Created winning strategy for mobile advertising network business model for country launch, and consequently, became one of only two offices that survived after NIA closed by successfully spinning off into mbrand3.
