My tasks consist of the diagnosis and resolution of incidents for all the European region, as well as the evaluation and estimation of new developments requested by the client, all of this through fluid communication via JIRA tool. These new developments are prioritized by our team thanks to the agile methodology.

SAP consultant and ABAP IV developer in the SAP IS-U module for important Spanish energy clients, such as EDP, Nortegas or Total Energies. My tasks involved from taking customer requirements for new developments to be done, as well as the management and resolution of critical incidents for the proper functioning of electrical and gas processes.
