Technical Leadership of an agile off-shore development team, for one of the projects for BSI. Among the technologies used are found Silverlight 4, WCF, LINQ, Prism, MVVM, .NET 4.0, Visual Studio 2010, TFS 2010. This project has required for me to work 3 weeks at BSI Offices in London, UK.

Led technically the development team for Deloitte DPMC project. -Developers, Functional Analysts, etc. Technical support to the development team. Assure the quality of technical artifacts (documents, code, etc.). Helped to define the Unit testing/web testing strategy. Helped to define the Configuration Management strategy. Branching, labeling and code merging using TFS 2008. Maintained the main technical contact with client’s architects and technical leaders.

I participated in SpinVox QC House Tools project developing a WinForms application using C# and maintaining the main technical contact with the client. This project required for me to work 5 weeks at SpinVox Offices in Marlow, UK.

Led technically the development team of Natura project, including Devs, QCs, Functional Analysts and Web Designers. Technical support to the development team. Maintained the main technical contact with client and partners. Defined the architecture and design of Natura projects. Implemented and defined policies of usage of TFS 2008 for the project. Estimated effort needed for modules to be developed. Developed tools and code generators needed to speed-up the development process.

Led technically the development team of John Deere FieldMark project, including Devs, QCs, Functional Analysts, and Web Designers. Technical support to the development team. Maintained the main technical contact with clients. Defined the architecture and design for the project. Helped to implement agile process (SCRUM). Estimated effort needed for modules to be developed. Investigated and integrated SiteMinder Services for single sig-on authentication.

Design and development of a web application using .NET Framework 2.0, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET AJAX, MS Enterprise Library, JavaScript, XML, HTML, DHTML, SQL Server 2005, T-SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services (2005). This project required for me to work 6 months at ioko Offices in York, UK.
