Translator and interpreter for three German companies operating as a joint venture to set up a modern landfill site in Cavite, Luzon, Philippines. Additional activities included working as a financial consultant and advisor utilising my knowledge of contract law and accountancy gained through my experience in chartered accountancy.

This was a short excursion into "Cheeses by post", whereby I was selling high quality, mainly hand-made, individual cheeses by mail-order. Note the play on words for English-speakers!
