Role Overview: Joined as the sole Fullstack Developer during the early MVP stage, and quickly transitioned to leading the Software Development group. Team Development: Assembled a multidisciplinary development team, including Frontend and Backend Developers and a Project Manager. Technical Improvements: Overhauled the backend by transitioning from Java to Flask and FastAPI, significantly enhancing performance and maintainability.
