Joined the Graduate Scheme as wanted to gain management experience within an operations environment. Trained for 3 months in the Basingstoke Store, before become fully operational in the Newbury store. Responsible for orders, waste management, warehouse management, Rotas, payroll, Cost Meetings, Staff Appraisals, Management Meetings, Sales Forecasting Recruitment within the store, conducting telephone interviews / work based trials. Completed Personal Alcohol certificate/licence 100% in test

Involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle from developing client relationships, attending client visits, new business development, advertising, interviewing, invoicing, negotiating and managing candidates through the selection process. A 360 degree recruitment position, main duties include: •Responsible for advertising all team vacancies and handling response. •Liaising with hiring managers to select suitable selection methods. •Arranging interviews internally and assisting Directors with interviews
