Founded and led a digital product development studio focused on web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP systems, marketplaces, and AI-powered solutions. Managed the full project lifecycle, including client communication, requirements gathering, architecture design, project planning, development, deployment, and support. Led and coordinated cross-functional teams of frontend and backend developers, designers, and marketing specialists.

Developed scalable features for Travanto’s Holiday Homes ecosystem, including CMS modules, reusable UI components, backend services, and property management tools. Contributed to the development of a Go-based Channel Manager, synchronizing property data, pricing, availability, and reservations across Booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway, and Holidu. Designed and implemented API integrations and microservice-based communication between external booking platforms and internal systems.

Developed and maintained backend functionality for digital marketing and online directory platforms. Implemented new features, fixed bugs, and improved existing system components. Worked with databases, APIs, and internal business tools to support client-facing solutions. Collaborated with senior developers and participated in the full software development lifecycle.
