Targeting customers within the EMEA region, I look after the entire management of our email marketing system, Marketo. This includes the management of lead generation activities. Working extremely closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, I am responsible for creation and execution of the regional marketing strategy. With my main tasks concentrating on; digital advertising (including the creation of company landing pages), web analytics, social media, copy creation as well as exhibition organisation.

Within this role I was solely responsible for the management of the operation of one of Ireland's leading online gift voucher companies. Being the main person working on this project I was responsible for everything from customer service to webpage analytics. During this role my duties included; social media marketing management, digital advertising, as well as PPC management to name but a few of my duties. Furthermore, I was also responsible for the acquisition of corporate contracts.

Management of existing clients. Presenting new promotional concepts to existing clients. Acquisition of new clients. The implementation of client promotions. Meeting of sales targets. This job then transformed into a project management role for a Hotel promotion based in Northern Germany.

Ensuring good relationships with existing suppliers. Recruitment of new suppliers. Brainstorming new promotional concepts. Management of Hotel Points/Loyalty Points (Further division of WIN | WIN). Handling all customer queries. Promotion to Key Account Manager in January 2009.
