Making inventory of the residence, supply management and purchasing. Chauffeuring. The service and supervision of all formal and informal dinners, luncheons and events.

Introduced the profession of hotel butler into the Swiss luxury hospitality market. Supervision and optimising of interdepartmental cooperation. Personal butler to the highest echelon of guests (including international royalty). Representation of the Resort at international congresses. Liaising between the Resort and embassies and state authorities in preparation of visits of important guests.

In charge of equipment and supply management. Point of call for all local authorities. Supervision of the service department. Service for guests. Organised themed parties every evening for a total of 60 people. Gained and deepened knowledge in sailing and crisis management on board.
