My team’s charter is to make each business area on SAP EMEA a Best-Run Business by focusing on their priorities and using a flexible need-based coverage model as well as driving the evolution of our go-to-market in-line with changing business priorities. Secondly the team will standardize and innovate operational processes across business areas to gain more capacity for value-add analysis and business support. The team consist of 9 high skilled professionals, covering 7 Business Areas and 3 Clusters.

Achievements after 5 quarters: • Ramp Up of new markets: All market units and new GEOs with clear improvements in all operational processes and disceplines • Stream Line and Standardize: Cluster Emerging became the best practice for forecasting procedure & accuracy and system usage. • Community: Increased the collaboration across market unites and btw EMEA + Global; established a proactive and responsive operations platform and communication principles
