I am a strategic buyer for EPBP division. My role carries 3 main responsibilities: 1. Supplier lifecycle management from identification to audit classification (CIPS, ISO9001, VDE) 2. Cooperating locally for the transfer of new production lines including: 3. Identifying and executing cost reduction initiatives for existing production lines. By localization of items purchased externally or optimization of the terms and condictions in close collaboration with Value Chain management.

I was a purchasing specialist responsible for the purchasing of stainless steel raw long and flat raw materials from the EU. I also participated in early SCM involvement to help our engineering department select the most optimal and readily available raw materials. I executed cost saving and optimization tasks together with an improvement team.

My responsibility covered the general management of 12 shops in Bulgaria with 2 more assistant managers. My functions covered: 1. Import of goods 2. Warehouse management and ERP implementation 3. Hiring and training employes 4. Controlling financial results

Communicating any necessary information with the clients and organizing payment, documentation and transportation of the goods according to the contracts. Preparing offers and contracts, negotiating transportation, preparing presentation and analysis, keeping complete, detailed record of all operations and communication according to ISO 9000:2001 to ensure client satisfaction. Reporting to management and suggesting better working solutions and support.
