In the way to improve our Customer care we implemented a Follow the Sun scheme with fast resolution incident handling for our Customers in LATAM, EMEA and India. I lead the team with special effort in get the best from every one of our technicians and our experts and document and procedure new challenges that comes with every one of our new products in a DevOps way, getting a triage team for fast resolution and a “You Do It ,You Support It” with the development teams.

As Tech Lead in the Operations Infrastructure team, my role is to understand all the BSS Stack for Telcos that Qvantel delivers to his customers. Working with a mix of technologies, mainly OpenSource, like Mesos/Marathon, Docker, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Consul and many others, we ensure that all the pieces works together.

As member of the Professional Services my mission is to help customers to design and deploy his clusters using the full Open Source Hadoop Stack (HDP) that Hortonworks Offer. Design cluster with +10K nodes and to support and optimize several dozen more.
