Teaching: - Selling techniques and effective communication for sellers; - Customer care and telephone assistance techniques for booking operators; - HR management and engagement for managers (HR management and leadership); - Course for foreign nurses and health care professionals.

Design & implementation of training programs with focus on employment law & job seeking skills. Courses designed to be accessible to people from a variety of nationalities. Trained a colleague to manage the counseling area. Activities: Counselling, skills assessment and managing performance for unemployed/career-changers.

Representative of UMANA in projects sponsored by the Job Centre of Turin for unemployed people on job seekers allowance. Manage partnership with other agencies joined in these projects. Activities: Assessing skills and interests both on a 1-1 basis as well as in group work, providing appropriate help and advice, liaison with employers and job centers, writing up action plans for job seekers from a wide variety of backgrounds & nationalities.
