As Head of Communication, I was responsible for the planning, strategy, development and implementation of: + b2b, b2c, corporate & marketing communication + opening new channels/markets + PR + the Aedgency brand + event, multi-channel & direct marketing + internal communication + media training executives As Head of B2C e-Commerce Marketing, I was responsible for marketing of Aedgency's consumer webites. Combined teams were comprised of 22 on-site professionals + PR teams in 5 countries.

At VIDA Software, a well funded, fast growing multimodal advanced UI software company, I am a member of the Board of Directors & responsible for building and leading the marketing group which includes: + Marketing Plan + Product marketing + MarCom, PR & Investor Relations + Partner Programme

• Responsible for international and local marketing, public relations and advertising plans for Fractus Spain and Fractus Korea, including licensing program PR campaign and product launches. • Responsible for 3GSM participation

• Developed plans and launched all new products to the worldwide market. • Responsible for market analysis, product pricing strategies, the creation and implementation of annual strategic marketing plan and creating sales and marketing materials.

• Responsible for the marketing efforts of 15 offices in Asia, Europe & Americas. • Completely rebranded corporate image, including logo, sales materials, client communications, website, paper line, etc. • Developed annual marketing & strategic plan in support of the Sales and Business Plan.
