Angela Weston

Having researched the hospitality industry I set up Le Grand Saule in Moncontour, Vienne in 2008 along with my husband. My husband is the builder and renovator, I furnish the property. But more than, that I am also the cook, the cleaner and chambermaid, the washer woman, the publicity person, the website designer, the accountant, the office manager, the sometimes gardener, the seamstress, and on occasions I even decorate.

On leaving school I trained in a variety of offices including accounts, chemical, entertainment, sales and communication. I became a PA by the time I was 17 years old and went on to work for Rank Xerox and later for a well known Midlands Estate Agents. I lived and worked for a short while in Germany in one of the Hilton Hotels.
