Based in Minneapolis in USA Lead Supply Chain projects for the 5 facilities. Minneapolis, USA; Minerbio, Italy; Piracicaba, Brazil; Rantigny, France; and Xuzhou, China. Manage the Executive Product Plan (EPP) for all plants: Inventory reduction of finish Goods and components Global Manufacturing Footprint: Coordination of SC & demand activities Finish Goods distribution strategy: Defined and implemented the strategy for product distribution Manage capacity for key supply chain partners.

In Rantigny France: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) program, comprised of international team of 25 people through 3 different locations in US and Europe. Applied Cat NPI corporate guidelines and 6 Sigma DMEDI and project management to introduce the next generation of small tandem compactors.

In China: At the facility in Xuzhou: implemented the lean concept based on the Caterpillar Production System (CPS) in the supply chain and replenishment processes to reduce inventory level, lead-time and improve Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA). At the facility in Nanjing, build a new Small Excavator and Medium Excavator facility: Worked on supply chain strategy, Defined the lay-out and flow, Ran financial simulations based on various trough scenarios

In France, Caterpillar Production System (CPS) coordinator for Rantigny facility. Trained to the Cat Production System in Cat Belgium Facility. Lead KAIZEN Projects , Developed Plan For Every Part (PFEP) strategy considering part classification A, B, C and D, Integration of production scheduling (Excel) within the MRP system, supplier capacity project.

Successful new product introduction: 2003 and in 2004 : introduction on the SCOM models Managed production increase from 600 machines in 2002 to 1,250 machines in 2004 and implementation of a 2nd shift (direct supervision of 70 workshop people) Workshop lay-out change: Expanded from an assembly line of 5 manual workstations to 14 automated workstations moved by mechanical conveyor In charge of the daily production scheduling, MPS and provide production inputs during S&OP

In France: • NPI manufacturing engineer on 10T Asphalt Compactor: built 3 pre-series • 5S coordinator for the factory • Developed standard work instructions and manufacturing tooling for Asphalt Compactor and test cells, in collaboration with the Minneapolis NPI team

Worked with the new product development team on prototyping tests for new seats to be mounted on Rover cars & Led team of 2 technicians

In France, Belfort Developed a management system for suggestions through the 5S approach Improved manufacturing efficiency using the PDCA method (Plan, Do, Check, Act)
