1. To contribute to the implementation of the mission and office mandate by providing the necessary managerial and administrative support required for the fulfilment of the mandate e.g. budget, finance, human resource management, general services, etc. 2. plan, organize, implement, manage and oversee the activities of company staff. 3. To liaise, negotiate and coordinate with other offices related to administrative matters.

1. Take advantage of the list of potential customers (from trade shows, customers referrals, internet website enquiries etc), and establish contact with them. 2. Liaise with customers independently and reports regularly to the Export Manager and to the Managing Director. 4. With the assistance of an internal merchandiser, follow-up on the production and delivery of the manufacturing order. 5. Prepare and update regularly the necessary English sales literature and website information.
