Created one of the first e-commerce sites to sell Freeview Boxes online. It was a chance to put Web Adept's money where our mouth was and push all the buttons of online marketing. We created an interactive web site and pushed the online marketing.

Setting up a professional Management Consultancy business based in Pembrokeshire. Dealt with all new start up business set up issues, and mistakes. I was responsible for telesales, marketing, sales meetings and co training with a number of experienced trainers. Became a NLP Practitioner during my time there. Businesses I worked with: AXA Sun Life, BAE Aerospace, Pinch & Piano and many well-known brands. The company is still running and works with companies all over the world.

After being activity manager for a number of UK companies in the UK and Europe I needed a new challenge. Learnt the basics of German on the drive out to Austria, passed the rafting licence within a month to then start guiding clients down Class 2-4+ white water rivers. Over the years of working in Austria I lead canyoning trips, safety kayaking on all the commercially rafted rivers, lead Ice Camps (5 day expedition), trained/mentored staff and supported management training courses much of it in German.

Easier than an HND!! A lot of the topics I'd already covered so allowed me to experiment with other educational directions especially through my dissertation which researched Reality Training with Waitrose so to assist transferring of skills to the workplace.
