Provide leadership and management in all aspects of store operations for the maximization of store sales, customer service and profits. The store generates 2.5 million in annually sales. Responsible for the daily operations of the store sales and service, merchandise management, visual merchandising and presentation. Provide HR support in areas of hiring, training, counseling, performance reviews and employee relations for a store staff of approximately 25 employees.

Coordinate the store's daily operations, which include the delivery and warehousing of new merchandise, employee work schedules, merchandise selection and floor layouts.
